It’s difficult to move through the world when emotions feel overwhelming, or when trauma lingers in the body, or when life feels like it's shifting faster than you can find yourself amongst the movement. I know this from personal experience. Whether you're in the thick of a transition, unpacking childhood experiences and how they impact who you are today, grieving, or questioning what truly matters to you—I’m here to help you slow down, and find who you are and who you’re becoming.
I specialize in supporting teens and adults through some of life’s hardest and most formative chapters. I work especially well with clients who may have been dismissed or misunderstood—those navigating the weight of past trauma, complex family dynamics, identity exploration, or chronic illness. As a queer therapist who’s walked my own path through the fire, therapy, and medication—I’m able to offer a soft landing place for you to do the same. I show up with honesty, warmth, and the kind of groundedness that helps you feel safe enough to explore the harder stuff, without pressure to be anyone other than who you are.
My therapeutic approach blends evidence-based strategies and psychodynamic insight, along with a person-centered, affirming presence. Together, we’ll help you to feel your emotions fully, explore your values, and develop tools and skills that actually work in your real life. I don’t believe in ‘fixing’ people—rather I believe in helping you understand yourself more fully, so you can live in a way that feels true, grounded, and emotionally connected.
