Who We Are

Down to Earth Therapists Indiana

We don’t do therapy from a pedestal.

While our titles read “counselor” or “therapist,” we see ourselves first as humans — people who’ve done (and continue to do) our own inner work, and who are fiercely committed to walking alongside others on their path. Our team is made up of individuals who bring deep care, compassion, humility, and realness into the room — the kind of presence that makes it safe to be exactly who you are. (And you can expect us to do the same.)

We approach therapy with the belief that meaningful change happens in relationship: when you feel truly seen, emotionally attuned to, and understood. And that requires us to keep showing up for our own lives—with honesty, integrity, and a willingness to grow—so we can meet you from a place that’s real.

I was bullied as a teen, and experienced traumas in teen and young adult years. It took my own therapy and medication journey over a decade to become regulated in order to thrive in my life. Despite this, there are still days I struggle with emotions. I use my personal knowledge to help others recognize that mental health is ongoing.
