Yes, most of our therapists accept Aetna, Anthem, Optum, United Medical Resources (UMR), UnitedHealthCare UHC | UBH, and Out of Network.

We recommend contacting your insurance provider to understand your specific coverage and benefits. We’re happy to provide the billing codes we use so you can verify coverage directly. After your first session, the claim is submitted to insurance. Upon payment from insurance,our office will bill you for any remaining balance. For subsequent sessions, this amount will be billed after each session.

Yes. We offer virtual sessions for clients throughout the state of Indiana. Whether you’re outside the Brownsburg area or prefer the comfort of home, telehealth is a flexible and accessible option.

Self-pay sessions are $135. If you’re using insurance, your cost will depend on your plan and benefits.

We accept ACH bank transfers, credit cards, and health savings account (HSA) cards. Your preferred payment method will be securely stored for easy billing, charged at the end of each session.

Therapy can be challenging at times, but our hope is that it also feels grounding, empowering, and deeply caring.

Once you reach out, we’ll match you with the therapist who best fits your needs (or take your therapist request) and send your intake forms through our secure portal. If you’re using insurance, we won’t bill you until after the first claim is processed. If you're paying out of pocket, you’ll be billed at the end of your first session.
