Unless Rediscover Counseling is an approved provider for your insurance company, all services are considered "out of pocket", thus is an "out of network".  A Superbill can be created for reimbursement from your insurance company.  

The majority of sessions are 55-60 min sessions.  The length of time is determined by the treatment approach and area of focus of the therapy provided.  Because your care is of utmost importance, fees are tailored to meet your financial needs. 

Individual Session: 

45 min - $100

60 min - $125

Couple/family Session:

60 min - $125

90 min - $180

Telehealth sessions are available at the same rate. 

Rediscover Counseling desires to help as many people in the community as possible.   

We accept the following insurance companies as an in-network provider: 

Aetna

Anthem

Optum Health - includes United Health Care and UMR

Please note:

All insurance companies require a diagnosis code for reimbursement for services.  As such, if you elect to use your insurance for services, Rediscover Counseling is required to include a mental health diagnosis per the Fifth Edition of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual (DSM-V), and billed to the insurance company as an ICD-10 code.  This diagnosis will remain in your medical record.
