ABOUT ME
It is easy to call me a therapist but I see myself more as an advocate. Each one of us has dealt with a challenge, a change in life; some known, some unexpected.
Regardless of the situation, having support, is critical. That support can show up in many forms. I can be a listener when you just want to vent or a sounding board and thought partner when you need to process.
Through Motivational Interviewing and Solutions-based Therapy, I am here to provide the support you need by creating a safe space to develop empowerment and independence.
Together, we will find solutions and healthy ways to cope with life’s changes and challenges.
If you are navigating through concerns surrounding your career, family structures, relationship changes, sexuality, religion, loss of a loved one, and or creating healthy boundaries, I am the therapist for you.
Life is about finding the right balance. This is YOUR story. Identify it. Create it. And more importantly, OWN it!
PERSONAL LIFE
I am a wife and mother to 3 AMAZING kiddos. I love to be outside, as it is my own sense of therapy.
Fishing, concerts, festivals, sporting events, and BBQ’ing fuels me! I am a foodie and LOVE laughter. Both heal my soul!
